The Traces of Life potholder’s practical stitched groove, running diagonally from corner to corner, provides a better grip and protects your hands from hot cookware. The pliable wadding protects against high temperatures. The product’s CE marking indicates that it has been tested for adequate protection against contact heat. The potholder has a loop on its side. The set includes two potholders.

The potholder is made of 100% rib weave cotton, which is firm and rather thick. 50% of the cotton is recycled. We are always looking for substitutes for cotton and ways to increase the amount of recycled materials we use.

The oven mitt and kettle holder have been designed to protect a person's hand from hot dishes and to prevent any burns when cooking either on the stove or in the oven in a home environment. The products are not designed to protect from open flame.
