100% cotton, of which 50% is recycled
Design: Johanna Rautiainen
The stylish Traces of Life tote bag is a trusted companion in which you can pack your lunch and other things you need for the day. You can also fold the tote bag to carry it in your bag as an extra shopping bag. Designed by Johanna Rautiainen, the pattern is an exciting combination of lush flowers and round stains. Indeed, Traces of Life is an ode to imperfection.
The tote bag is made of 100% rib weave cotton, which is firm and rather thick. As much as 50% of the cotton is recycled. We are always looking for substitutes for cotton and ways to increase the amount of recycled materials we use. The product has been granted the STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX certificate, indicating that the product does not contain harmful chemicals and is safe to use.

The story of the Traces of Life pattern: Everyone knows the sinking feeling of seeing a stain on a tablecloth left by a coffee cup. Stains and various marks left on textiles feel like defects that should be washed away. Looking at them from another perspective, they are traces of life. They remind us of the times we have had and keep our memories alive. Why not see them as important and as part of the pattern?
