Keesia by designer Riina Heinonen features a tree known as gungurru or Silver Princess. The scientific name is Eucalyptus caesia. Over 700 varieties of eucalyptus trees grow in Australia. The Silver Princess has tassel-like flowers that appear in clusters on delicate stems. The drawing tool for this design was a slightly dry felt tip pen for creating an attractive, vivid surface like the bark of the tree.

The product has been granted the STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX® certificate, which guarantees that the product does not contain harmful chemicals and is safe to use.
