The Moominmamma Is Daydreaming pattern draws on the story Moominpappa at Sea. On the lighthouse island, Moominmamma is struck with heartbreaking homesickness, which she tries to relieve by painting a garden on the lighthouse wall – and herself in it.

The practical, stitched groove running diagonally from corner to corner ensures a better grip and protects the hands from hot kitchenware. This is everyday design at its best. The top material is 100% rib weave cotton, which is firm and thickish. The wadded filling is flexible and heat-resistant. It contains 70% cotton and 30% polyethylene. The handy Easy Care treatment makes the fabric easier to iron after washing. The set contains two potholders. Also take a look at the other kitchen and table textiles in the collection.

Finlayson’s potholders and oven gloves have a CE marking, which means that they have been tested for adequate protection against contact heat.

The products are not designed to protect from open flame.
