Duvet cover set

The Rahkasammal pattern is inspired by the glowing colours and exciting shapes of a moss mat. Based on a summer memory of Timo Sarpaneva, the pattern’s designer, Rahkasammal has now become a digitally printed pattern on a duvet cover. Rahkasammal is part of the spectacular Ambiente home textile collection, characterised by its beautifully wavy colouring.  

In addition to organic cotton, this stunning duvet cover set is made from 50 % Tencel, a lyocell fibre that is one of the most environmentally friendly textile materials. Tencel feels luxuriously silky against the skin. It adds coolness, softness, and smoothness to the fabric. 

The satin weave gives the fabric of the Rahkasammal duvet cover set a beautiful frosted sheen and reproduces the glow of the colours. The thread count, or fabric density, is high: 240 TC. The higher the thread count, the denser the fabric. The Rahkasammal set includes a duvet cover and a pillowcase. The top of the duvet cover has hand slits to make it easier to slip the blanket inside the duvet cover.
