Change or cancellation of an order
When the order has been placed, no changes to it can be made. If you wish to cancel the order, contact our customer service by email at customerservice@finlayson.fi. If the order has moved on to collecting, it cannot unfortunately be stopped. Order that has not been picked up from the chosen place of delivery will return to the sender, which will lead to a return and the payment will be refunded to the customer according to the original payment method. If the customer contacts the customer service within one week of the return of the uncollected order, the order can be redelivered to the customer. The delivery costs will not be refunded if the order returns to the sender uncollected.
Returns
You can return unused products within 30 days of ordering. The returned product must be in the original packaging. Clothes must have the original tags attached. The products must be intact, unwashed, and unused, they must not have odors, hairs, or other traces of use. Clothes must be buttoned and folded into the return box in the same way as when the order was delivered. Please note that hygiene products, such as pillows, or blankets, do not have the right to exchange or return.
Regardless of the method of return, the payment will be refunded according to the original payment method.
UPS returns
For returns from EU countries, you can easily get the return label by yourself.
Please track your original shipment tracking code (starting 1Z..) at www.ups.com and select “return this parcel”. Select the reason for the return and press “Submit”. Next, you can select the most suitable way to print the return label. Attach the return label carefully to your shipment (with proper tape example) Please drop the return shipment to the UPS Access Point or order a pick-up from local UPS. If you choose a mobile bar code (not available in all countries), UPS Access Point can print out the label for you.
If you are returning outside the EU, please contact the customer service email and they will help you with the return label.
Budbee returns
Returns will be available to consumers in the link they get via text or in the app. Book a pick-up for the return and a driver will come to your door and pick it up. In case of returning a parcel in the Budbee Box, you just book a return via the app and choose which Box you want to leave the parcel. After confirmation, you have two hours to go to the Box, type in the pin, and leave the package inside the locker.
PostNord returns
Attach a return label on top of the parcel you are returning. You can find the return label packed with your original order. Drop off your return at the nearest PostNord service point.
Complaints
If there is a fault in a product ordered, you can contact the quality control at reklamaatiot@finlayson.fi. We aim to always resolve complaints promptly. In dispute cases Finnish law and the Consumer Protection Act apply.
