The center of the mat has a higher, softer pile, while the borders feature a lower looped texture. We added a spray latex treatment to the backing to help keep the mat securely in place. After the first washing, clean the lint screen from both the washer and dryer. Vacuum before use to remove excess loose lint. Shake well after washing. Wash separately away from other laundry. Spin lightly, maximum rotation speed 600 r/min.
