In Eve Hamari’s Kumpula pattern, the imperfection of overrun flower beds is inviting and beautiful. Kumpula reminds us of the importance of occasional disorder.
Created by the young textile designer Eve Hamari, Kumpula is part of a collection of four summery patterns inspired by gardens, nature, verdant summer scenery, the smells of summer and precious memories. Hamari brings a fresh approach to incorporating nature into her designs. It shows her love for Finnish summer and its carefree slow moments. The colours create various moods ranging from the tender first flowers of spring to the rich colours of midsummer. The playful and rich use of colour disarms even the most ardent cynic and immediately transports your mind to the best moments of Finnish summer.
Kumpula duvet cover sets are made from luxurious sateen, which feels smooth and soft against the skin. The attractive shine and smoothness of cotton sateen is achieved with the sateen weave. You will be able to keep the sheets shiny and soft by ironing or pressing them with a mangle after washing. The thread count (TC) of cotton sateen is 228 TC, which is a high thread count. The higher the thread count, the denser the fabric. Openings for hands at the top corners of the duvet cover make it easier to put the duvet cover on the duvet. The duvet cover is reversible: one side features the Kumpula pattern, while the other is blue.
We do not compromise on the quality of the cotton or the transparency of the supply chain in the slightest. That is why we use organic cotton. This product is made from 100% organic cotton and is GOTS certified.
