The stunning Meena Sateen Duvet Cover Set’s fabric is made with a sateen weave, giving it a beautifully shimmering and smooth feel. You can keep the fabric shiny and soft by ironing or pressing it with a mangle after washing. The thread count (TC) of cotton sateen is 228 TC, which is a high thread count. The higher the thread count, the denser the fabric. Cotton sateen is particularly well-suited for people with allergies. The hand slits at the top of the duvet cover make it easier to put the duvet cover on top of the blanket. Made from 100 % GOTS-certified organic cotton, the set includes a duvet cover and a pillowcase. Designed by Minttumeri Hirsimaa, Meena’s beautiful floral pattern carries a message beneath its blossoming beauty: the tulip, depicted in the pattern, is the national flower of Afghanistan – a country that ranks among the countries most dangerous to live in as a woman.
