Reilu, Finnish for “fair”, is not fair in name only. To be more precise, everything about it is fair: colours, quality and production chain. On top of it all, Reilu is also organic, as the products are made from organically farmed cotton that was watered using rainwater and picked by hand.

The Reilu towels feature a nice wavy surface structure, feeling comfortable against the skin. The towel is good for drying and dries fast. There is plenty to choose from in Reilu towels, as they feature the broadest colour range of all of our towels. The colours are also designed to match with Reiluraita and Raiku towels.

A tip for making your day-to-day life a bit more functional: colour-code personal hand and bath towels for yourself and your spouse, or the entire family. The grey Reilu bath towel also features a fair size. Wrapping up in a large towel is wonderful after a shower on a cool morning; it is also great as a beach towel, keeping the sand away.

The towels come with a five-year guarantee and a STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX certificate and Fair Trade certificate. Together, they are a sign of high quality, safety and the absence of harmful chemicals. The cotton used for the product was purchased from Fair Trade producers, and the entire supply chain is supervised by Fair Trade. Fair Trade means more just trading for producers and employees in developing countries and an opportunity for them to sustainably develop their production and communities.

We have been cooperating with Fair Trade already for over 10 years. In addition, we are the only Finnish textile manufacturer to make towels from Fair Trade cotton.
