Cotton sateen feels wonderfully cool and silky soft on your face. The lustrous sheen and smoothness of cotton sateen is achieved by using a weaving technique in which the yarn goes mostly on the surface of the fabric without warp yarns going across. You can keep the sheets shiny and soft by ironing or pressing them with a mangle after washing. The thread count (TC) of cotton sateen is 228 TC, which is a high thread count. The higher the thread count, the denser the fabric. Cotton sateen is particularly well suited for people with allergies. Combine your sateen pillowcases with sateen duvet covers and bed sheets of your choice.
