Taistelevat metsot is certainly one of the most famous Finnish works of art. Now, this impressive painting by Ferdinand von Wright, slightly adapted, adorns a duvet cover set of the same name. Modern digital printing technology ensures that the colours are accurately reproduced on the textiles. The detailed print brings art into everyday life, within everyone's reach. The reverse side of the duvet cover is monochrome. The pillowcases have print on both sides.
The handsome Taistelevat metsot duvet cover is cotton satin, with a beautiful sheen and smoothness achieved by a satin weave. The cotton satin has a high thread count, or fabric density, of 228 TC. The higher the thread count, the denser the fabric. The Taistelevat metsot set includes a duvet cover and two pillowcases. The top of the duvet cover has hand slits to make it easier to slip the blanket inside the duvet cover.
