Duvet cover set

Tiuhta recalls the era when Finlayson was all about checkered and striped patterns. Inspired by the patterns in our archives, we have created a new collection of modern checkered and striped patterns we call Ruutu ja Raita. The collection also includes solid-coloured reversible duvet covers. Designed by Riina Heinonen, Tiuhta is a lively yet calm pattern whose vertical stripes are reminiscent of inkle weaving. The timelessness of Tiuhta makes it a perfect fit with both modern and traditional styles.
Tiuhta duvet cover sets in fresh colours are made from high-quality plain weave cotton. The thread is thicker than the thread we normally use and the thread count (TC) is 120 TC, which attests to the denseness of the fabric. This material feels nice and coarse on the skin, is durable and can be washed at high temperatures. Openings for hands at the top corners of the duvet cover make it easier to put the duvet cover on the duvet.
We do not compromise on the quality of the cotton or the transparency of the supply chain in the slightest. That is why we use organic cotton. This product is made from 100% organic cotton and is GOTS certified. The cultivation of GOTS-certified cotton makes more efficient use of rain water and employs natural fertilisers and pesticides. Best of all, the GOTS certificate makes the organic cotton easily traceable. We can trace the whole path from field to finished product.
Sleep well at night. The duvet cover set comes with a five-year guarantee, holds a STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX certificate as well as a GOTS certificate and has also been certified by the Finnish Allergy, Skin and Asthma Federation. Together, these attest to the high quality and safety of the product and prove that it has been made from organic cotton. The certificates also guarantee that the product does not contain any harmful chemicals and that it is allergy friendly and suitable for sensitive skin.
